We believe that your ideas and creations belong to you. Upon project completion and full payment, all intellectual property rights for the deliverables transfer to you.
For USA and international projects, this includes source code, designs, documentation, and any related assets.
Sapco does not claim ownership of your project unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement. We can also provide copyright transfer documents if required.
